Kylie Minogue opens her archives in first look at new Netflix docuseries Kylie

Netflix has released a first look image from Kylie, a new three-part documentary series exploring the life and career of Kylie Minogue.

The series will see the pop icon delve into her personal archives, drawing on home video footage, photographs and new interviews to chart a career spanning more than four decades. From her early breakthrough on Neighbours to global chart success, the documentary traces how Minogue has continually reinvented herself while selling over 80 million records worldwide.

Alongside the music, Kylie will also focus on the person behind the public image, exploring moments of personal loss, illness and the pressures of life in the spotlight.

Directed by Emmy and BAFTA-winning filmmaker Michael Harte (Three Identical Strangers, Beckham), the series features contributions from friends, family and collaborators including Dannii Minogue, Jason Donovan, Nick Cave and Pete Waterman.

Produced by Ventureland, the team behind Wham! and Beckham, the documentary aims to offer a more intimate portrait of one of pop’s most enduring figures.
