JAY-Z celebrates 30 years with exclusive Camden Market pop-up

JAY-Z is marking three decades of his career with a week-long London pop-up, bringing exclusive merchandise, vinyl and live DJ sets to Camden Market ahead of his two UK stadium shows.

The official JAŸ-Z30 Pop-Up Experience opens at UMusic Shop in the Stables Market on Thursday 27th August, celebrating both the rapper’s 30-year career and the anniversary of his landmark debut album Reasonable Doubt.

London is the only UK stop for the experience, which follows a three-night run at New York’s Yankee Stadium and arrives shortly before JAY-Z plays Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 4th and 5th September.

Fans visiting the Camden pop-up will be able to pick up limited-edition JAY-Z 30 London clothing and pieces from the wider anniversary collection, alongside anniversary vinyl releases and Assouline’s The Book of HOV: A Tribute to JAY-Z. Armand de Brignac will also feature among the offerings.

The shop will take on a different atmosphere each evening, with live DJ sets running from 5pm to 7pm. DJ Target, DJ Manny Norté, DJ Semtex and DJ Esi are among those lined up to play across the week, alongside special guests.

Taking over a space in Camden feels particularly fitting for an anniversary built around music and culture, while the limited London collection gives fans something they won’t find at every stop. For those heading to the stadium shows the following week, it also offers an early start to the celebrations.
