Couture meets comfort as Raf Simons collaborates with Adidas

His designs have been worn by Natalie Portman, Charlize Theron and Mila Kunis, and now, Dior’s Creative Director Raf Simons will ensure he leaves his mark in the sports world.

Adidas already have a number of collaborations to their name, including designing the London 2012 Olympic sportswear alongside Stella McCartney, showing they know exactly what to do. Their clientèle currently include Agyness Deyn, Chris Brown and Kanye West.

The limited edition footwear made its debut at Paris’ menswear Fashion Week, and the designs include trainers seemingly influenced by walking boots with streaks of retro colours thrown in; a masculine product with a hint of femininity makes the overall look stunning in an understated, tasteful way. 

However, if you’re hoping to buy a pair for your man, start joining the queue now as the footwear will hit the stores in July.
