Topman LUX collection hits the high street
It seems to be a popular retail trend for fashion brands to create a high-end collection. We saw it at H&M with their & Other Stories line and at Dorothy Perkins stocking the Kollection by the Kardashian sisters. 
Topman is the next high-street name to go high end with their LUX collection and it has got the goods to back that title up. The overall look of the small line is sleek, luxurious and elegant. LUX is made up of brilliant cobalt blues, stone, crisp whites, black and navy. Deluxe fabrics complete the line with 120 mohair and jacquard wools, plus dobbie satin all featured. 
Light-weight knits are tipped to be popular with classic crew necks in bold hues. Jackets include a stylish, full-length trench, a bomber and a biker jacket both in premium leather. The collection also includes superior accessories with a basket weave featured in high-top trainers, document holder and a lavish backpack.
Giles Farnham, personal shopping manager for Topman, showed us through the collection which ranges from £25-£300. The range is pricier than other garments at Topman but the pieces are timeless, definite wardrobe investments and of much higher quality.
Held at the fashionable venue APT58 on New Oxford Street, a very savvy crowd mingled whilst admiring the new collection to be officially in stores on 14th March.
