Ever find that you are stuck for simple but stunning, vintage clothing? Alice’s Closet is just the answer you need. Alice Minniti is Italy’s little kept secret. Aged 27, Alice studied fashion at Burgo Fashion School, Milan, where she learned to sketch and sew to further her fashion design skills. From there, she went on to begin designing and making her own clothing in Venice. Being an independent designer, Alice works from her own studio, making every one of her designs on her own.

Made from quality Italian fabrics such as linen, cotton and silk, Alice’s Closet clothes have a chic, decadent, and modern twist to them. But the simplicity of her designs makes all the clothing she creates just wonderful. The inspiration behind her pieces mainly come from old movies and fashion eras, with favourites being the 50s, 60s and 70s. This is highlighted within the vintage style of some of her ideas. The Closet also represents Alice’s obsession for Doris Day’s films.

Special picks from the closet include an Alice in Wonderland style dress; the Jane Austen inspired purse and the Mauve lace arm warmers.

What makes Alice’s Closet so special is that each item is special edition. Only 3 or 4 of one item are made and once they are gone, they are gone.  With the store being updated weekly, you are sure to find yourself a unique and individual garment.
