You’ve probably noticed that shops are now stocking their SS12 collections so it’s only fair we start getting excited about summer! With bright colours, unique designs, cool prints and clever slogans most of us could build a wardrobe that consisted solely of Wildfox fashion.

If you’ve not already heard of Wildfox, it is an American vintage-inspired clothing label – think Victoria’s Secret’s ‘Pink’ range meets Topshop/AllSaints. The clothes epitomise laid-back, chic, Southern Californian style, with the signature soft baggy beach jumpers being the closest you’ll ever get to wrapping yourself in a cloud. The Los Angeles-based label was set up by two childhood friends, Emily Faulstich and Kimberley Gordon, in 2007. Since then it has gone from strength to strength, releasing a children’s range in 2009, with swimwear and jewellery just unveiled and a shoe collection expected later this year. I can’t remember the last time I was this excited about a brand. Stocked by top retailers across the world and worn by A-list celebrities (including Katy Perry, Cheryl Cole and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley), it’s clear that Wildfox is taking the fashion world by storm.

Go treat yourself to a slice of Southern Californian style. If we can’t have their weather at least we can borrow their style. All the images here are from the Wildfox SS12 collection, isn’t everything so dreamy? Visit the website now by clicking here, and treat yourself this weekend.
