What will you discover in the Pink Teacup Shoppe?

Elle, Ina and Sam Battung are three gorgeous sisters, and the creators alongside their mother, Lorrie Battung, of Pink Teacup Shoppe, an adorable and heart-warming label. It is the unique and creative talents that this little family holds which makes it special.

Being home schooled in the Philippines, the girls were brought up in a talented environment by their mum owning a craft store, so they were constantly making things at home. After reading lots of blogs on the Internet and being inspired by handmade online shops, the girls decided to start their own business in 2010.

Basing their store around things they love to make, the website was designed with their own personal drawings, that made up the logo and the icons for their label. The website itself consists of anything and everything which you can’t help but fall in love with. The girls love vintage and so decided to fix up some pieces and sell them on, so they could buy more and do the same all over again. The combination of homemade and vintage is heavenly.  From Valentine’s cupcakes and individual clothing picks (the skull shirt and the velvet dress with lace cut outs are our favourites!), Pink Teacup is the perfect pick-me-up for this dull February weather.

Their creativity, however, doesn’t stop there. Every time the girls come across something new, they try it out immediately and there is very little the girls can’t make. Elle in particular specialises in making paper cuts. After discovering Rob Ryan’s blog on the craft, she tried it out for herself and now creates personalised masterpieces simply from sheets of paper. It is hard to believe that such intricate detail can be created with human hands and a pair of scissors.

Believe it or not, the website gets even better, as it has DIY workshops for beautiful fabric crafts. Especially for Valentine’s Day, the Pink Teacup Shoppe is hosting 7 days of DIY freebies that are too cute for words. The most recent post is ‘make your own teabag tags’ which features a step by step photographic guide on how to make a cuppa for the one you love with an extra special touch (click here for the guide).

We couldn’t do anything except fall in love with this brand, so what are you waiting for? See what you can find by clicking here.
