The Upcoming gives you the inside story on the best pyjamas in the Olivia von Halle neighbourhood.

There are definite signs that this designer has had problems with things being too long and too short. Just like the rest of us, there’s not a day that goes by without mentions of taking up trousers that are too short and skirts that do not sit right! These problems mainly occur as so many clothes are designed for the 5ft 4in woman and most of us are not this. Olivia von Halle has tackled this by giving us pyjamas with height sizing; bless her tall or short cotton socks!

Adorn yourself in snow white pink printed silk, with the Sophie pyjamas; the round collared blouse with pearl button detailing and front fastening bottoms would be ideal for an adult slumber party. Readers, picture yourself now with a box set of the new series of Gossip Girl and a large pink cider!

Do you picture yourself as the leader of the gang? Then look no further than tantalising Tansy pyjamas with white piped trimming and a combination of lavender and cornflower blue; these say “yes I am a woman, but don’t mess with me in the board room”.

Or are you a Mary? Mary pyjamas bring a touch of nature combining Bermuda green and deep lavender, again 100% perfect for sipping that gin whilst curling up on the sofa, maybe this time with the Godfather.

Victoria reminds us that uber lounging is a date that must be written down in our diaries. The excellent tailoring and exquisite fit reminds us why they are stocked in Fenwick and Harrods. The Victoria’s are in an exquisite cornflower blue, great to prance around on a cool summer morning or perfect to pack away if you are flying to a cold destination and want to be more trendy than trendy!

Finally we bring you Namalee, the touch of the exotic, this time with a geometric print of contrasting Bermuda green and deep lavender. Of course there is the fabulous elasticised waist for ease and comfort, but don’t blame us if these give you the sex goddess look.

Olivia von Halle has taken inspiration from 1920s Coco Chanel and turned this idea into classic tailored pyjamas ideal for any woman that wants to feel 100% comfy whilst sipping drinks and looking glamorous. Please don’t take our word for it, but check out how you can be comfy, glamorous and even more fabulous than you already are by clicking here.
