Euphorik’s A/W 13 preview

During London Collections: Men, we were invited to preview Euphorik’s A/W 13 collection at Wolf & Badger in Mayfair’s Dover Street.

Having seen correlating themes of sovereignty and loyalty in other collections earlier this week, there were high expectations to meet. Euphorik met and exceeded these with their well thought-out colour palettes and tapered silhouettes with soft yet lightweight materials.

This collection has a very simple, easy to follow, relatable theme, which was particularly elevated by the red velvet blazer lined with silk. It represents the height of the social order but without insinuating arrogance, as did the long, sheer, hooded charcoal-toned mark jumper.

The story flowed effortlessly with its take on classic silhouettes, particularly on the long line coats with slanted deep pockets and panelled back.

This was one of the best previews this week, if not purely for the organisation and clarity of the collection, and is definitely worth a look.
