Bobbi Brown never fails to amaze and excite us with her new releases. She may have been changing the face of beauty since the 80s, but her creative juices continue to flow.

Opening products from her new pink and red collection reduced us to an office of squealing school girls. With classic packaging, containing the most delectable shades of tried, tested and much loved formulations, where is a girl to start?

We managed to narrow the selection down to our favourites:image2

Blush – Pastel Pink, £18

A muted bright, pink cheek can do wonders for a sallow and tired complexion, lifting the faces of even the most sleep-deprived party animals. Sweep over the apples of the cheeks with a large brush, tapping off the excess before use. This powder builds and blends beautifully, so don’t be intimidated by the intense colour. image1

Creamy matte lip colour – Heart, £18

A red lipstick is the little black dress of your make-up bag – no beauty junkie should be without this fail-safe staple. The blue undertones of this shade work wonderfully on paler complexions; the half matte finish won’t dry the lips and still has the ability to give the illusion of a fuller pout.image3

Skin brighter – Nude, £40

The pinnacle of Bobbi’s new editions, delectable silver packaging, magnetic lid closure, are you salivating? And that’s just the packaging! Open to reveal the perfect selection of nude shimmers, use a large brush and sweep over the face to brighten your complexion, or build on the cheek and collarbones as a highlighter. It’s also available in a colour-correcting palette of green, yellow and lilac.image

Sheer colour cheek tint – Sheer Pink, £18

The words cheek tint, can leave even the most savvy make-up lover running for the hills, but fear not because Bobbi, as always, couldn’t make application any simpler.

Swipe the twist-up stick over the apples of the cheeks, from hairline to the centre of the cheek and blend upwards. This way if you apply too much, it’s closest to your hairline rather than the centre of your face! Build and blend this colour to give an incredible sheen to the cheeks – a highlighter and colour all in one.

If you can’t control yourself and fear you may purchase the entire collection when visiting your local Bobbi Brown counter, then view the collection online here.
