Diane Kruger: New face of Chanel

Having heard loud whispers of our hip-hop favourite Rihanna and a deal with Chanel, it can now be formally announced that Diane Kruger is to be the new face of Chanel. The German Hollywood actress has delicate features and a strong bone structure, making her chic look a great encapsulation of the Chanel brand.

Kruger will now be fronting the skincare campaign as a friend of creative director Karl Lagerfeld, ambassadress and model of 15 years. With experience and a successful history with Chanel as the face for the Allure fragrance in ’96 and stunning handbag campaign in ’07, who better to front their skincare range?

Rihanna may not have won over this campaign but she has (on the mark of her 25^th birthday) struck a deal with MAC Cosmetics, so we cannot wait to see what becomes of that match. Nothing left to do but wait in eager anticipation for what is sure to be an elegant and sophisticated Chanel campaign.
