High Street Fashion Week press launch at the Penthouse, Leicester Square

High Street Fashion Week press launch at the Penthouse, Leicester Square

The 22nd of April saw the press launch of High Street Fashion Week at the exclusive Penthouse nightclub in central London. Designers and up-and-coming high street brands showcased their new collection on the seventh and eighth floor, overlooking fabulous views of the London skyline.

The event enabled designers to promote their brand, discuss their inspirations and show samples of what each of them had to offer to bloggers and to us, the press. It was a great night for everyone to see a sneaky preview before the catwalk shows scheduled for this weekend. Amazing brands to look out for in particular this week are: Frills by AD, J Banks, Zoieanne, KP Boutique, Lipstick Boutique, The Holiday Boutique and Filthy Sexy London.

All of the brands are relatively new and at an affordable price range. High Street Fashion Week is a great way for new designers to get their names out there into the fashion and high street industry. HSFW has started at Boxpark, Shoreditch with numerous pop-up boutiques already. We definitely can’t wait for the weekend to come when catwalk shows will be taking place at Aura, Mayfair.
