By the time they’re ten, most girls have already decided on every single detail of their wedding, but if you’re still debating over the perfect pair of shoes for your special day, then Freya Rose and Lila Accessories might just be about to make up your mind for you!Freya Rose 1

Freya Rose have already won awards for their stunning range of bridal shoes and bespoke embellishments, and the brand is now teaming up with luxury accessories brand Lila Accessories in order to create a small range of couture shoe clips that are ideal for any bride-to-be.

The collaboration has been in the pipelines since The Designer Wedding Show 2012 when both Freya and Sofia – the designers behind the brands – met and discussed their love for each other’s work.  The design process that followed this meeting was long and intricate, but has finally resulted in three beautifully delicate shoe clips that will really add that extra touch to any wedding outfit.Freya Rose 2

Lila Accessories are best known for their signature handcrafted flowers, and that’s the direction that Freya and Sofia chose to go in for their collaborative shoe clips.  Each flower is exquisitely handcrafted from a type of clay that becomes lighter and softer as it dries, and each clip takes several days to complete from start to finish.  As an extra special touch, the flowers on the gold shoe clips are coated in a layer of real 23 ¾ carat gold which adds a fantastically antique feel to the accessory.

With an informal background in fine jewellery, there’s no better partner for Sofia than Freya, who admits to being blown away the first time she saw Sofia’s designs: “She is a true artisan and her designs are so unique. I am honoured to be collaborating with Lila Accessories.  The shoe clips we have created together are exquisite, the detailing of the flowers is so lifelike and it’s a real credit to her skill.  They are the ultimate luxury.”

Sofia is also thrilled to be working with a brand that takes such pride in the craftsmanship of their shoes: “They are so beautiful and the detail is incredible.  I was truly inspired by the elegant lines and exquisite detail in Freya’s designs and couldn’t have wished for finer shoes to develop my floral arrangements on.”

Considering that these clips are so stunning, it seems inevitable that they’ll fly off the shelves in no time at all – just not before we’ve got ours we hope!

Prices for these beautiful shoes clips start from £145. To find out more about Freya Rose and snap up your very own clips click here, or for more information about Lila Accessories click here.
