Blue Tit salon: a cutting-edge experience

Blue Tit salon: a cutting-edge experience

Nestled in the busy location of Peckham Rye, Blue Tit salon is a far cry from what you would expect from a normal hairdresser’s.

Adorned with dressing tables, large framed artwork and beautiful mirrors, the interior is visually appealing and has a homely feel to it.485507_479012875527249_1103376945_n

Having two other salons across London, Blue Tit’s Peckham store is new, but already has a strong following of clients. Using paraben-free hair products, you are given a luxurious head massage while having your hair washed, before being seated at one of the dressers with a choice of fashion magazines, food and drinks.

Visiting the salon, my hair was cut by a friendly member of staff before being styled into voluminous curls. Concentrating on your hair type and the cut to suit your face, a range of colouring and cutting services are available, and in addition on the 12th December all profits from the day will go to the charity Down’s South.
