Harvey Nichols has opened a new beauty concierge service, giving beauty shoppers the opportunity to get impartial expert advice from advisors on all the fantastic brands they have to offer. The service now includes finding the perfect type of foundation, lipstick or even the right skin regime for different skin types, making sure to cover any questions and demands we may have along the way.

Harvey Nichols has forecast that bespoke products are the future for make-up and the beauty industry. They have been able to recognize that their shoppers no longer want to spend a lot of time and money on products, going through a trial and era process in order to find their perfect individual beauty must-haves.

To cater to this vision they now offer a custom service with three colour specialists. This means that you can bring in anything to the Harvey Nichols store, from a colour found in your favourite fashion magazine to an old discontinued lipstick that you thought could never be revived and get your perfect custom-made colour created just for you.

Following on from Harvey Nichols new ethos, is celebrity and make-up artist favourite, Eyeko: the UK’s first cosmetic brand to offer a bespoke mascara wardrobe service that fulfills all your eyelash desires. The label offers mascara that can transform your make-up from day to night adding concentrated volume or length, as well as more natural day-to-day lash enhancement. The complimentary monogramming service is what adds the final touch of individuality and style.
