Trumbo premiere: A chat with Bryan Cranston and Helen Mirren on the red carpet in London

The Trumbo premiere may not have had the explosive reception of Suffragette‘s protest, with activists storming the barriers, but it did not fail to disappoint. Bryan Cranston, Helen Mirren, John Goodman and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje took their time answering questions from fans and media alike as they made their way in to see the culmination of their hard work screened at the Odeon in Leicester Square.

Helen Mirren, charming and considerate as ever, spoke to us about her views on comedy acting as a mobiliser for social change and we spoke to the man himself, Bryan Cranston, about his role as the eccentric and devilishly quick-witted Dalton Trumbo and his best experience on set.
