The Westbury Hotel in London’s Mayfair has been home to Alyn Williams at the Westbury since 2011, where it has earned a well-deserved Michelin star and garnered attention for utilising the best French cooking techniques to create thoughtful, delicate and playful British dishes.
We got the chance to sample Alyn’s beautiful vegetarian tasting menu and to sit down for a chat to find out a little more about Alyn’s culinary journey to date, discussing his motivations, style of cooking, and achievements.
