Our favourite guest looks from the royal wedding

Our favourite guest looks from the royal wedding

There were gowns, there were certainly hats, and there were even comparisons made to iced beverage packaging. Here we take a look at the best and most memorable looks from the grand ceremony of the newly wed Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Despite the internet comparing Pippa’s lovely silk dress designed by The Fold, to an iced tea can, we thought the glowing mum to be looked positively radiant.

The suits actress looked lovely in a red lace Costarellos dress with subtle sheer panelling on the waist and sleeves. We must also give major props to Gina for incorporating a pink fedora into her guest outfit and totally making it work!

American talk show host Oprah Winfrey was pretty in pink with a beautiful extended top and skirt by Stella McCartney that included lace detailing on the neckline and hem.

The world-renowned designer (and Spice Girl) was beautifully chic in a slim fit, navy blue ensemble with an added pop of colour from her red heels.

Amal Clooney wore an outfit that may just be our favourite of the day. She positively stunned the observing crowd as she approached the royal ceremony in a simply striking, mid length yellow dress by Stella McCartney with matching hat.

Actress Carey Mulligan attended the wedding with her husband Marcus Mumford in a beautiful floral Erdem dress with nude heels and a lovely little white clutch.

We feel as though we’re only just getting over Kate’s dress from her own wedding in 2011 so we were very excited to see her outfit choice for her brother-in-law’s nuptials. As always, Kate was beautifully polished and elegant in a pale yellow Alexander McQueen dress, Jimmy Choo heels and a hat by Philip Treacy.

Cressida wore a colourful, stripey dress by Eponin London to attend the high-profile ceremony. Her dress was a great deal more colourful than the majority of guests in attendance and we appreciated its playful nature. Her look was topped of perfectly with pointed nude heels and a low-key fascinator.
