Celebrate the EE BAFTAs this Sunday with Claude Bosi’s free virtual dining experience

In celebration of partnership with the EE British Academy Film Awards in 2021, S Pellegrino has collaborated with Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi on an exclusive virtual dining experience. A cooking masterclass will be streamed this Sunday as part of the of the EE BAFTAs weekend on S Pellegrino’s online food platform Fine Dining Lovers and promises to be an evening of first-class cuisine and entertainment. A bundle, containing all the required ingredients, will be available through Waitrose and Bosi will be on hand to guide you every step of the way.

Although the EE BAFTAs will be hosted as a virtual event this year, that doesn’t mean the night will be any less spectacular. As the official water partner, S Pellegrino is adding its unique sparkle to the evening, ensuring viewers can still celebrate in style at home with a dish fit for the stars. Michelin-starred Bosi of the famous Bibendum has collaborated with S Pellegrino to bring you the Taste of EE BAFTAs – a free virtual masterclass of fine dining excellence taking place at 5pm on 11th April, just ahead of the live EE BAFTAs, which will stream on YouTube.

What’s on the menu? Claude’s succulent Cod à la Grenobloise and Roasted Cauliflower à la Grenobloise for the vegetarian option, served alongside exclusive tips and tricks from the culinary master. A bundle of the ingredients can be pre-ordered from the Waitrose website here.

Those taking part in the dining experience can look forward to recreating a stunning dish, specially devised by Bosi to celebrate the best of British ingredients, all delivered directly to your door by Waitrose. On the evening itself, viewers can join Claude from 5-6pm for the virtual masterclass in how to prepare for the main event: a succulent cod grenobloise with sustainably sourced Icelandic cod loin, or for vegetarians, with roasted cauliflower steaks, both cooked up with fresh herbs, browned butter and salty capers. These showstopping plates provide the perfect start to the night, with delicate flavours and succulent textures designed to elevate the senses, bringing restaurant quality cuisine to your dining table.

Bosi said of the partnership: “I’m delighted to be working with S Pellegrino to create this unique Taste of EE BAFTAs dining experience. As the water of fine dining, S Pellegrino is the perfect accompaniment to this gastronomical experience for viewers to enjoy at home. The EE British Academy Film Awards in 2021 provide a fantastic opportunity to indulge in an evening celebrating film excellence and talent – from the stars on the screen to the food on our plates.”

All ingredients required for the Taste of EE BAFTAs dining experience can be purchased on the Waitrose website from 10th March with simply one click to add all of the produce you need to your basket. The total cost of all ingredients when purchased with Waitrose is £24.55 or £20.10, dependent on the dish, with spare store cupboard ingredients to be used again. Sign up for the free event here
