Brits Week 2024 announces star-studded line-up for War Child charity concerts

A stellar line-up of artists, including Aitch, Ash, Baby Queen, Cian Ducrot, CMAT, Keane, The Last Dinner Party, Pendulum, Sleaford Mods, Venbee and You Me At Six, has been revealed for the BRITs Week 24 for War Child, set to take place in February and March of 2024. These exclusive shows, scheduled around the BRIT Awards 2024 with Mastercard on 2nd March, aim to raise funds for War Child, a charity that supports children affected by conflict.

The series of intimate gigs will commence with Cian Ducrot at London’s Union Chapel and You Me At Six in Brighton’s Concorde 2 on 19th February. Keane will perform at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on 20th February, followed by a trio of shows on 21st February featuring Ash at The 100 Club, Baby Queen at Lafayette and Aitch at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. Pendulum is set to electrify HERE at Outernet on 23rd February, and Sleaford Mods will take over Scala on 28th February. CMAT and Venbee will both perform on 1st March at Bush Hall and Omeara, respectively. The series will conclude with The Last Dinner Party at The Trades Club in Hebden Bridge on 4th March.

Fans have the chance to win tickets to these once-in-a-lifetime performances through a prize draw, which requires a donation to War Child. Entries are available at £7 for one, £15 for three, or £30 for fifteen, with the option to enter multiple times to increase the odds of winning. A limited number of tickets will also be available for purchase.

Clare Sanders Wright, Senior Music Manager at War Child, expressed gratitude for the artists’ support, highlighting the critical funds raised for children’s safety, mental health, food, and shelter. Dr Jo Twist OBE, BPI Chief Executive, emphasised the event’s importance in supporting War Child’s mission and the diverse line-up of must-see gigs. Simon Jones of AEG and Ben Cooper of Bauer Media Audio UK also acknowledged the value of the event in supporting children affected by conflict.

War Child works tirelessly to provide safety, education, and recovery support to children in conflict zones, with local teams creating safe spaces and offering psychological support. The BRIT Trust, funded by The BRIT Awards and the Music Industry Trusts Award, contributes to charities promoting education and well-being through music, including The BRIT School and Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy.
