Sundance Film Festival: London returns to Picturehouse Central for its 11th edition in June 2024

The Sundance Film Festival: London, a renowned celebration of independent film, is set to return to Picturehouse Central from 6th to 9th June 2024 for its 11th edition. Clare Binns, Managing Director of Picturehouse, expressed excitement about bringing the festival’s unique blend of films, talks and industry events to UK audiences once again. The 2023 festival was reportedly a resounding success, featuring packed industry programmes and sell-out screenings, and anticipation is high for this year’s selections.

The festival, a collaboration between Sundance Institute and Picturehouse, will feature a curated selection of standout titles from the Sundance Film Festival that took place in Utah and online across the US earlier in January 2024. The event promises to offer a sneak peek into the latest in international and independent storytelling, according to Joana Vicente, CEO of Sundance Institute, and Eugene Hernandez, the Institute’s Festival Director and head of public programming.
