It features personalised meditation sessions crafted for high-profile figures like Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg. These sessions, designed with a humorous edge, are available for everyone to experience. Teasers are being shared on Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, inviting the public to join in on the fun and reflection.

CEO and Co-Founder Claire Barnett emphasises the dual nature of the campaign: “We wanted to create something that stands out during Mental Health Awareness Month, which often feels like an echo chamber. By engaging some of the most influential people with a lighthearted approach, we hope to make a serious point about the importance of mental health.”

Barnett adds that the campaign aims to demonstrate that no one, regardless of their status or workload, is too busy to seek support for their mental well-being. The hope is that influential figures becoming active advocates for mental health will inspire broader societal change, benefiting young people, marginalized groups, and overworked employees.

YourHaven leverages immersive technology to provide effective mental health support. CTO and Co-Founder Alex Simón explains, “Immersive tech like VR can significantly enhance learning and application of stress management techniques. Our platform offers personalized therapy, meditation and breathwork experiences, making specialist support accessible before reaching a crisis point.”

For every session reposted by a public figure, YourHaven pledges to give away free annual subscriptions to all employees of that figure’s company. The campaign will continue throughout the month, targeting more business leaders and celebrities, and emphasising that mental health care is essential for everyone.

YourHaven’s app is available on the Meta Quest platform for $5.99/£4.70 per month, with a free trial for new users. This initiative is part of a broader mission to normalise proactive mental health practices, using cutting-edge technology to make support accessible and affordable.
