Summer in Sloane Square returns with a bespoke cocktail experience at The Botanist pop-up

In a refreshing collaboration set to enliven Chelsea’s summer scene, The Botanist Sloane Square has teamed up once again with The Botanist Gin for the return of the Summer in Sloane Square pop-up. Open from May until the end of September 2024, this seasonal highlight will feature a new infusion table where guests can craft bespoke cocktails. This experience allows patrons to experiment with sweet, earthy, delicate, and herbal notes to create their perfect summer drink, inspired by The Botanist Gin’s distinct use of 22 foraged island botanicals from Islay.

The Botanist Sloane Square, bar and restaurant located on the namesake plaza, proposes an alfresco dining and drinking opportunity that comprises customisable cocktails and signature Mediterranean menu. The pop-up, which boasts seating for up to 160 people, offers an escape to the enchanting world of Islay amidst the hustle and bustle of the capital. Alongside the infusion table, the venue will introduce a new cocktail lineup that reflects The Botanist Gin’s unique distillation process, which includes slow simmer distillation with pure Islay spring water in a one-of-a-kind Lomond Still.

The limited edition drinks list will feature three signature infusion cocktails: The Botanist Gimlet, a blend of The Botanist Gin, lime, elderflower cordial, cucumber, and mint, Haar Negroni, where The Botanist Gin and Carpano bitter are infused with dark chocolate, coffee, Antica Formula, cinnamon, and orange, and Island Spring, refreshingly prepared with The Botanist Gin, Belle de Brillet pear liqueur, lemon honey, strawberry, mint, and prosecco. The concotions are priced at £15 for one person and £29 for two people sharing. Additional offerings include The Botanist Basil Smash and the classic Gin & Tonic, to pair with a selection of bar snacks and pizzas, priced starting from £7 for snacks and £15 for pizzas.

The collaboration between The Botanist Sloane Square and The Botanist Gin, a certified B Corporation, not only highlights the craftsmanship behind The Botanist Gin, distilled at Bruichladdich Distillery on Islay, but also underscores both brands’ commitment to creating memorable initiatives for their guests.
