NOS Alive, one of Europe’s premier music festivals, has announced an expansion to its 2025 lineup with a host of new artists set to perform. The event, scheduled for 10th-12th July, will take place at Passeio Marítimo de Algés and feature performances across multiple stages, including the NOS Stage and Heineken Stage.

Among the newly added acts are Barry Can’t Swim, Dead Poet Society, FINNEAS, Foster The People, Parov Stelar, Mother Mother, and Sammy Virji. These artists join previously announced headliners such as Olivia Rodrigo and Kings of Leon, alongside other performers like Amyl and The Sniffers and Glass Animals.

Barry Can’t Swim, a Scottish musician known for his electronic music prowess, will make his festival debut on the Heineken Stage on the first day. Dead Poet Society, a band hailing from Boston, will also be making their first appearance at NOS Alive, performing on the final day of the festival.

FINNEAS, acclaimed for his work with sister Billie Eilish and a successful solo career, will perform on the Heineken Stage on 11th July. The same day will see performances by Canadian group Mother Mother, known for their extensive nine-album discography, and British producer and DJ Sammy Virji.

Foster The People, an American indie pop band led by Mark Foster, is scheduled to perform on 12th July. Austrian musician Parov Stelar, celebrated for his “Electro Swing” style and collaborations with high-profile artists like Lady Gaga, will perform on the opening day.

NOS Alive has become a significant cultural event since its inception in 2007, drawing large crowds and featuring a wide range of musical talents. In its previous edition, NOS Alive attracted 165,000 attendees, hosting 120 performances across its seven stages.

The festival continues to offer a diverse lineup, providing an engaging experience for festival-goers with its blend of established names and emerging talents in the music industry. Tickets for NOS Alive 2025 are currently on sale, with more artists expected to be announced as the event approaches.
