Fulham Pier to open Riverside Market this summer

Fulham Pier to open Riverside Market this summer

This June, Fulham Pier will launch its Riverside Market, a new 250+ seat food hall located along the River Thames in South West London. The market, part of a larger redevelopment project by Fulham Football Club Chairman Shahid Khan, aims to blend local and international cuisines with cultural experiences.

Scheduled for a soft opening in late May, Riverside Market will feature a diverse array of dining options. Among the highlights are Tinie Tempah’s Raps, offering healthy soul food inspired by the musician’s childhood; Goila Butter Chicken, bringing its tasty curry from Mumbai to London; and Fat Pickle Burgers, together with its premium beef smash burgers.

The market will also include Mexican street food from Tacos El Rey, in collaboration with the team behind Breddos Tacos, and farm-to-table salads from Local Greens. For dessert, Happy Endings will serve Australian-inspired ice cream sandwiches. Additional offerings include ethically sourced coffee from Kiss The Hippo and a new health-focused beverage line from Nutrición by Naked Ground, founded by international cricket star Tom Curran.

Riverside Market will also host ‘The Scene’, a 10-meter wide digital screen displaying interactive artworks, enhancing the visitor experience with technology that allows real-time engagement with the displays.

Glen Sutton, Director of Fulham Pier, expressed enthusiasm about the launch: “We’re incredibly excited to announce the phenomenal culinary line-up on offer at Fulham Pier’s Riverside Market, in addition to Brasserie Constance by Adam Byatt, which will also open this Summer. The team have expertly curated a diverse mix of eateries and flavours to cover all occasions and combined with an ongoing programme of unique cultural experiences, we look forward to welcoming everyone into the vibrancy of Fulham Pier – the ultimate destination for food, fun, and togetherness.”

Tinie Tempah, Founder of Raps, also shared his excitement: “I’m excited to have Raps be a part of this new destination for London. Our food represents nostalgic favourites from my childhood and a celebration of grassroots UK music culture, which feels fitting for this community-first destination.”

The Riverside Market will also serve as a prime viewing location for The Boat Race 2025 on the 13th of April. The new venture at Fulham Pier is part of a broader vision to transform the area into a vibrant, year-round destination for both the local community and visitors, framed by one of London’s most scenic riversides.
