Pizza operation Dough Hands is launching a permanent residency at All My Friends in Hackney Wick on Thursday 7th May 2026, bringing 20-inch pies and individual slices to the east London venue’s 240-cover space. Founded by chef Hannah Drye, who has been making pizza since 2020, the new residency marks the brand’s latest expansion following established stints at The Spurstowe Arms and Old Nun’s Head.

Drye will operate out of the venue’s Shipping Container kitchen, serving a menu built around the flavour-forward combinations that have earned Dough Hands a following in London. Pizzas will be available either whole or by the slice, with the format designed to allow guests to sample multiple options across the menu.

The new menu retains signature classics such as a Cheese and Pepperoni Pie alongside a range of new combinations. Additional options include a Tomato Pie with Anchovy, Stracciatella and Green Sauce; Garlic Sausage and Pistachio Pesto; Lamiri Harissa Aubergine and Salted Ricotta; Coppa, Pineapple and House Guindilla; and a Tequila Sauce and Sausage pizza.

Central to the offering is Dough Hands’ signature dough, made using regenerative flour sourced from Shipton Mill and Wildfarmed, which produces a light, crispy base. The dough has remained a consistent element across all of the brand’s residencies and is a defining feature of its style.

Founder and head chef Hannah Drye said: “We’re very excited to step into the slice game, it also gives us a chance to expand the menu which means working on throwing some fun new toppings together. I also love All My Friends as a venue, I’ve had some really fun nights there, and it’s an unreal summer spot which is perfect timing!”

The residency opens on Thursday 7 May 2026, with service running across the full venue space from the Shipping Container kitchen.

Food Desk

The Dough Hands residency will not operate a separate food booking system, though general table reservations at the venue can be made through the All My Friends website here.
