Our flaming desire for FURY

Our flaming desire for FURY

Rock chic, edgy and high-end glam are the best words to describe the fabulous and certainly sexy shoe label, FURY. Designed by innovative Swedish shoe enthusiast Lisen Magnusson in 2010, the FURY brand was born out of a love and furious (no pun intended) passion for shoes. It encapsulates the perfect marriage between feminine and grunge-glam, forming a line of shoes that are simply amazing and we are dying to add a pair to our closet.  So move over Christian Louboutin because there is a new favourite shoe brand in town.

The SS12 and AW12 collections are ultra luxe and super glammed up, featuring effortlessly cool flat belted snakeskin ankle boots, tasseled peep toe platform shoe boots and studded skyscraper leather heels. Not exactly an animal friendly brand, the materials are made from calf leather and python skins, but they are a major style statement. The materials might be wild but the colour hues are muted, making them easy to mix and match effortlessly within your wardrobe. The standout shoe is absolutely the LO, (£495.00) a white python skinned pair of unisex ankle boots, with gunmetal straps and studding – a pair of which, Lisen Magnusson hopes Mick Jagger will eventually wear!

If you are near Covent Garden check out the FURY showroom, but if you’re not in town follow FURY on Facebook and Twitter @showmefury to see the latest looks. Shoes will run from £275.00 and up. So go on and get your rock ‘n’ roll glam on  with a pair of these on your feet.
