Central Saint Martins art degree show | Exhibition review

Last week saw the private view of Central Saint Martins art and design students’ degree show, where an array of future talent displayed a plethora of artwork, sculpture and videos to special guests and industry experts.

With a range of mixed media, from modern art to fine art, the show was filled with stunning visuals and some definite ones-to-watch.  From oversized motorcycles to smashed-up bricks, it was clear that many were inspired by modern sculpture, whilst other artists nodded to a more traditional art form in the form of surrealism and Picasso-inspired portraiture.

With some familiar faces cropping up – like the Mona Lisa – there was artwork for all to relate to, and interactive pieces that allow you to walk through the exhibit, making it an enjoyable experience for those who attended.
