Hannah Martin’s jewellery is a work of art

The new collection of jewellery for men and women released by Hannah Martin is quintessentially creative. She uses her passion for art to design pieces that both sexes will fall in love with.

Her collection includes stories behind her work: Vincent, something of a power ring for men, follows the story of a businessman – an oligarch to be precise – amongst the crowds of London. This specific ‘sculpture for the body,’ which is what Martin calls her work, consists of a large, circular gold ring surrounded by diamonds. It’s a statement ring for men.

Martin’s work is also inspired by politics and everyday life. For example, Vincent came from communist propaganda and The Forgotten Treasure of the Infamous Aguila Dorada is inspired by guns and war. This particular piece is a double pearl shackle bracelet.

Another favourite in Martin’s compilation is the selection of pyramid rings, specifically the Euphoria of Lights: The Comte’s Pyramid Ring. This ring is limited-edition and only 40 of them will ever be made. The ring is adorned with beautiful, orange-and-magenta sapphires and rubies. Girls will instantly want one, but at a cost of £8,500, it’s no wonder only a select few are being made.

Martin’s jewellery collection can be described as bewitching to the eye and she has truly created pieces that will look good worn or just sitting on your dressing table. Her jewellery is sure to get people talking, whether it’s because of their beautiful designs or because of the story behind each piece.
