Pan Pacific London and Roseblood by Estoublon launch a Provençal-inspired rosé terrace

In the heart of the City, luxury five-star hotel Pan Pacific London has unveiled its latest venture in partnership with the French rosé brand, Roseblood by Estoublon, famed for its connection to the Bruni-Sarkozy family among others. This collaboration introduces a Provençal-inspired rosé terrace to the city’s landscape, offering locals and tourists alike a unique escape this summer, perfect for al fresco dining and casual gatherings.

Positioned conveniently on Bishopsgate Plaza and open until the 29th of September, the terrace presents a serene garden oasis amid the urban hustle and bustle, complete with an array of planters and blooms, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the tranquil vibes of Provence’s picturesque countryside. The venture is a testament to Château d’Estoublon’s heritage, a 300-hectare estate dating back to 1489, celebrated for its exquisite wines and olive oils.

The terrace, designed to foster “joie de vivre,” features a menu that complements its Provençal theme, with selections including charcuterie, fromage, crudités, and Mediterranean flatbreads, all paired with Roseblood wines and specially crafted cocktails. Among the highlights are the Roseblood Rosé 2023, available in various sizes from glasses to jeroboams, and the 1489 vintage rosé, noted for its complexity and mineral notes.

Adding to the allure are wine cocktails like The Rose, a blend of Roseblood Rosé, Chambord, and fresh berries, and The White, a refreshing mix of Roseblood White, soda, basil cordial, and cucumber.

Pan Pacific London, recognized for its innovative and luxurious offerings, has made a significant mark on London’s hotel scene since its opening in 2021. Château d’Estoublon, set in the idyllic region of Provence, dates back to the 18th century. The estate has been co-owned by the Courbit family, the Prats family, and the Bruni-Sarkozy family since 2020, each bringing their unique vision to the renowned wine production.
