Maslow’s, a London-based operator of members’ houses, has announced plans to open a new location in Kensington next spring. Following the launch of venues in Soho and Fitzrovia, their third site in the capital will occupy 30,000 square feet across the ground and first floors of The Kensington Building in High Street Kensington .

The new venue, dubbed Maslow’s Kensington, will offer a combination of shared workspaces, private offices, wellness facilities and hospitality services. According to the company, the development aims to provide a setting where professionals and businesses can work, socialise and focus on wellbeing in one location. Facilities planned include private studies for teams ranging from four to 40 people, collaborative lounges, meeting rooms, a boutique gym and studio and a members-only café. The café menu has been developed with input from nutritionists and current Maslow’s members, and will foreground ingredient-led meals designed to support energy and focus throughout the day. There will also be a wellbeing programme based on a modular schedule designed to fit around the working day, with in-house personal trainers leading daily classes such as TRX, strength and conditioning and reformer Pilates. The site will also offer monthly restorative therapies, including complimentary massages.

The recently redeveloped office site holds a BREEAM Excellent sustainability rating, and won the Refurbished/Recycled Workplace category at the 2023 BCO Awards for London. It is powered entirely by renewable electricity, incorporating a repurposed structural frame that the developers say reduces carbon emissions by around 30% compared to a typical new-build, and it features rooftop solar panels, LED lighting and a smart building management app.

Commenting on the announcement, Maslow’s founder & CEO Guy Ivesha said: “Kensington is a natural next chapter for Maslow’s – a place where our mission to create multi-use spaces that balance work, wellbeing and connection can flourish. With its sustainability credentials, design integrity and vibrant energy, The Kensington Building perfectly embodies our values, creating an environment where professional performance and personal wellbeing exist in harmony. I look forward to introducing Maslow’s Kensington to our existing members and to welcoming new members into the neighbourhood.”

A specific opening date has not yet been announced, though it is expected to be in spring 2026. Membership details, including pricing and access levels, are available on request.
