A best kept secret: Little Teacup jewellery

Little Teacup is a dreamy independent label filled full of handmade items by 20-year-old Chelsea Arnold. Chelsea started out as a fashion blogger and after wanting so many of the pieces she came across on the internet, she made the decision to start making them for herself. As word started to spread about her handmade delights, her small idea became a reality and in February 2012, Little Teacup became Chelsea’s very own jewellery label.

Inspiration for the pieces originally came from jewellery sold on the high street that Chelsea had wanted to buy, but without the hefty price tag. Since then, her inspirations have developed with the discovery of websites such as Lookbook.nu and other online sources like Tumblr. Working on her own to buy and make the jewellery, Little Teacup is Chelsea’s way of giving us a little piece of what she loves. Each piece she makes is unique and each item represents what she has always wanted to find in the shops. By Chelsea creating her label, it means we can have access to such trinket treats too.

When browsing the Little Teacup website, you cannot help but be simply amazed by the bargains you can find. Our favourites are the Multiple Peace Necklace (£5.99), the Cat Ears Ring (£3.99) and the antique chain Head Piece (£5.99). You can see from the pieces Chelsea has created that they are truly something special and are complete with that one-of-a-kind feel.

The website is constantly updated with new pieces and is expanding all the time. Currently being stocked in LUSH, Nottingham, as well as online, Little Teacup might just be your cup of tea. So why don’t you have a look for yourself? Find Chelsea’s work here.
