Hero & Cape is a new British clothing label, bringing T-shirts featuring creative hand drawn graphics that are individually printed to order. The Hero & Cape team strive to bring products to customers that are unique, different and driven by products that are as unique to customers as a superhero’s cape. All the designs are hand-drawn in-house and incorporate all the creative imagination that they can squeeze out of their constantly (and sometimes a little loopy) minds. The T-shirts are also fully hand-printed in-house, so every one receives the best care and attention.

The Hero & Cape store also features numerous items of jewellery and accessories sourced from both international brands from the US and home-grown British labels.

They have recently created the new line Unsuspecting Hero, which will see guest designers creating capsule collections. The collection name stems from the idea that at any given time anybody can be put into a heroic situation withoutwarning. Anybody can be a hero! Illustrator and photographer Lee Pitman has designed the first capsule collection currently featuring four graphic T-shirts including the popular glow in the dark Kryptonite T-shirt.

The four T-shirts are sure to be hits with the Hero & Cape customers; they include Kryptonite, inspired by Superman’sone weakness and how everyone has one weakness no matter who they are. Golden Fleece, inspired by the homonymous story of Greek mythology. It’s the fleece of a gold, winged ram and the tale of Jason and his band of Argonauts, who set out on a quest by order of King Pelias for the fleece in order to place Jason rightfully on the throne of Lolcus. If Looks Could Kill, inspired by the Greek myth of Medusa and ZAP!, inspired by both comic book culture and childhood, imitating weaponry with hands.
