During Vogue’s Fashion Night Out in London, we attended the Christian Louboutin party at the Mount Street store. Fashion Night Out is the annual event that sees London stores extend their opening hours for a host of shopping extravaganzas. An evening put together by Vogue, with support from the Fashion Council, which is held worldwide in all fashionable cities between 6pm and 11pm on Thursday 6th September 2012.

The streets of London were buzzing with celebrities, fashion editors and bloggers all excited for the night ahead. The Louboutin store launched a brand new shoe during the evening, in honour of the Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. The exclusive Highness Dragon Tattoo shoe for women and the Henri Dragon Tattoo shoe for men, accompanied by a Dragon Tattoo iPad case, were all on display to see. There was even a chance for party-goers to win them all.

The shop was full of people browsing, buying and soaking up the atmosphere. There was a DJ playing great music, and drinks courtesy of Martini were flowing, and tasted really good! Entertainment was in the form of palm reading, temporary dragon and Louboutin tattoos and tarot card reading. Our card mentioned The Upcoming, so it must be true!

The shop was filled to the brim with people, so it was hard to get round and browse all the gorgeous shoes, although we tried our best! And fell in love with 90% of the shoes on show!
