Pamela Love for Zadig & Voltaire presentation

Yesterday, we were invited to preview the latest collaboration, Cœur Sauvage, between jewellery designer Pamela Love, from New York, and Zadig & Voltaire at Meurice Hotel in Paris.

A special collection entitled “Wild Heart” consisted of six pieces they’ve created to capture a mysterious aura that links the spirit of Zadig & Voltaire. It explores the balance between good and evil.

The creative director of Zadig & Voltaire, Cecilia Brönström, and Love were both present. Love explained her inspiration for the special collection: “I really like the imagery of the brand: the black contrast, the rock-and-roll feeling, mixed with feminine attributes. These elements add up to a strong identity that has a beautiful sensitivity that is completely in line with my perspective.”

“People are going to like it a lot because you can wear it in many ways,” she added.

It isn’t Zadig & Voltaire’s first venture into jewellery as the brand collaborated with Artistic Director Gaia Repossi in 2011 for a collection that is still in stores.

The Wild Heart collection will be available on March 2013 in all Zadig & Voltaire stores.
