Uruguayan director Fede Alvarez’s debut horror feature Evil Dead is due to be unleashed on 19th April. Our reporter Amber Bryce spoke to him and the film’s star Jane Levy about the challenge of taking on a cult horror remake, jump moments, being buried alive, and turning the tables on the traditional “scream queen”.
