CoverGirl release a sneak peak at their Hunger Games collection

CoverGirl have released a sneak peak at a couple of their looks for their new Hunger Games collection, hitting the shelves on the 1^st October. This is in anticipation of the latest Hunger Games: Catching Fire, which is set for the big screen on the 22^nd November. The looks have been created by make-up artist Dotti using various products from the imminent Capitol Collection to produce a couture image for each of the 12 districts described in The Hunger Games.

The collection, though still very much under wraps, has been slowly revealed in the form of teaser images, such as the District looks above. CoverGirl nail decals and Panem-inspired polish, mascara, lip glosses and many other products were used on the cast for the first film, so it can be safely assumed that some of these old favourites will be making a reappearance in the new collection. We love the vibrancy in colour for the fishing district 4 inspired look.

These looks bode well for the future of the Capitol Collection, so we can expect an enormous array of looks, depending on the level of luxury for each District, featuring everything from the lavish look of district 1 right down to the potentially nude and natural looks of district 12.
