Not many of you will have heard of a label called HYPE. However, when you see their latest offering for Topman, you will question why you hadn’t discovered this label sooner.

HYPE started in the summer of 2011. Two friends, Aidy Lennox and Liam Green, were on summer breaks from university and decided they wanted to spend their holiday doing something more than just kicking back and relaxing. Both guys had retail and business experience and a fascination with independent clothing companies. It was inevitable that a clothing label was on the cards. HYPE launched its first designs, which included a lighter inscribed with “Get Your Own Fucking Lighter”. After the initial success of their designs, HYPE moved into premises in Leicester and they’re being stocked in Topman, Topshop, FootAsylum, Two Seasons and ASOS.

One of the latest collections, HYPE black collection, is now available at Topman. It’s not something that your average Joe can wear. The men who would wear this collection love fashion and ooze style. We don’t know many men who have the confidence to wear black leggings under shorts. The collection is literally all black clothing. The printed t-shirts are pretty cool; the intricate designs reflect in the light and look great. It’s very urban so you wouldn’t expect your indie guys to be seen wearing these pieces together.

HYPE black collection is exclusive to Topman Oxford Circus, online and general store. Each item is limited to below 100 pieces, so you need to be quick guys to get an item from the collection. Prices start at £14.99 and the most you will pay is £75. Head over to Topman now to get your piece of exclusive HYPE.
