Perfect Eyelashes, one of the UK’s leading independent eyelash boutiques, recently hosted a star-studded event at 48 Blythe Road, London.  The Upcoming was there to get an insight into what the salon has to offer, chat to some of the celeb attendees and enjoy the red-carpeted party._MG_2037

Beautiful semi-permanent eyelashes can be hard to attain – some can look terribly fake and even ruin your own natural lash. Perfect Eyelashes strives to deliver the perfect lashes to suit each customer’s unique features. The worry of losing your lashes after the stress of wearing eyelash extensions is put at ease at this friendly salon. Whilst enjoying champagne and a few dips into the chocolate fountain, we were informed of the measures the salon undergoes to achieve such incredibly great results and the reasons to why it has become such a celebrity hotspot._MG_2050 2

Perfect Eyelashes creates wonderful results for the likes of Lilly Allen, Lauren Goodger, Chloe Simms and Lucy Watson. Former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger mingled within the party, but when Made in Chelsea star Lucy arrived looking fantastic in a velvet body con dress and white ruffled socks, we were intrigued to chat to her about what brings her to this salon in particular: “I have the best treatment here; the staff make a friendly atmosphere and my lashes are treated with the upmost care so I don’t have to worry about them falling out. They are just the best.”_MG_2057 2

Beauty artist Mandy Louise, who has worked on the show Celebrity Super Spa, was enjoying her night and revealed she will soon be taking on a very exciting business venture._MG_2041

We also got the opportunity to chat to the lovely owner Agnes dos Santos who started a career as an accountant, but her passion for eyelash perfection led her to set up her successful business. Agnes explained the importance of creating bespoke eyelashes for each individual, as it creates long, luscious lashes, which look natural. She also commented: “When you do what you love and make it a passion the results are always perfect.” And we have to admit with every lady in there sporting her wonderful creations, it was difficult to tell that they weren’t natural – they looked beautifully long and voluminous but completely authentic. It’s great to know that we can achieve this look without having to worry about our own lashes becoming destroyed in the process.
