Victoria’s Secret show 2015: Costumes revealed

One of the hottest fashion shows of the year is just around the corner and as everyone keeps their eyes peeled for which models will be receiving their wings, the Victoria’s Secret designers have revealed a few of the glittering ensembles the Angels will showcase.

The show will take place on 10th November in New York City and will be aired on 8th December on CW; a date for the UK is yet to be confirmed.

The musical acts were recently revealed: pop songstress Selena Gomez, bad girl Rihanna and man of the moment The Weeknd will all be joining the models on the catwalk to keep the party going for the lingerie’s 20th anniversary.

Set to be the biggest and most glamorous Victoria’s Secret show yet, the gorgeous costumes that have appeared online are evidence that this could be the very case.

A design named “Firework” has been revealed and it is a dazzling mix of fiery orange and red, oceanic blues and hot pink embellishments on a sheer cat suit. The wearer is yet to be revealed but judging by the artwork it is likely to be Jasmine Tookes or Lais Ribeiro. Another look is the “Ice Angel” drawn with a blonde Angel in mind – potentially Candice Swanepoel or Stella Maxwell. Once again with a sheer one-piece as its base, intricate silver embellishment encases the design with a white bra and impressive snowflake wings finishing off the creation.

Finally we have been shown the slinky silver number; a blue-eyed brunette rocks this ensemble, which features black peacock-style wings, a heavily beaded choker and dark silver beaded mini cover up.

These three outfits are some of the most stunning designs ever to be showcased at the lingerie show. The wearer of the infamous Fantasy Bra will be unveiled in due course, with more underwear sketches certain to be released shortly after.
