Stella McCartney introduces her new, fresh and fabulous fragrance this summer: POP. Full of floral tones and vibrancy, Stella McCartney perfectly captures the beauty of inspirational women.
Swaying away from the modern “it” girl, the women chosen for this campaign reflect individuality and inspiration. POP represents freedom within women through a depiction of artistic, bubble gum colour schemed photographs. Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon, Hunger Games star and black rights activist Amandla Stenberg, model and animal activist Kenya Kinski-Jones and Canadian indie pop musician Grimes, have all been chosen to represent POP.
Aside from being known as Madonna’s daughter, 19-year-old Lourdes Leon is best known for her individual style and her limited involvement with the media, opting for a much more low-key and customary lifestyle. Currently studying musical theatre at the University of Michigan, Lourdes Leon aspires for a life of normality, not wanting the media to rule her life.
Along with the rest of the girls, Lourdes Leon continues to aspire through the artistic industry. A performance artist and a free-spirited young woman, we look forward to see where POP takes her this summer.
