The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018: An interview with the top chefs

A fourth British restaurant joined the list, James Lowe’s Lyle’s from Shoreditch at number 38. The best UK entry is still The Clove Club (33rd), followed by Lyle’s, The Ledbury (42nd) and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal (45th); Clare Smyth of Core was voted the world’s best female chef.
