La Terrasse St-Germain pop-up blossoms in Covent Garden until 8th July

This summer, St-Germain have parked their classic Citroën van in Covent Garden in order to pay homage to the 1,000 hand-picked elderflower blossoms which are used in every bottle. Dubbed La Terrasse St-Germain, the pop-up bar is decked out with a stunning floral installation curated by London florists June in March.

Open from 1pm to 10pm, 7th June – 8th July, La Terrasse is waiting on the East Piazza of Covent Garden with a trio of cocktails featuring the iconic French liqueur: the St-Germain Spritz, which pairs the liqueur with prosecco and soda water; the Floral Gin & Tonic, which marries it with Bombay Sapphire and cucumber tonic 1783 by Schweppes; and the Frenchie Negroni, which serves it up with Bombay Sapphire, Martini Rubino and Martini Bitter.
