A year after its opening, Adam Handling Chelsea celebrates the first anniversary launching a greatest hits menu dubbed Classic Tasting featuring the more iconic dishes from the Scotch chef’s restaurants group.

The menu is priced at £69 and begins with a selection of snacks – cheese doughnuts, beef tartare and the famous chicken butter – and continues with Kingfish, Jalapeño, Avocado from Adam Handling Chelsea (2019); Mother from the original Frog E1 (2016); Lobster, Wagyu Fat (for a supplement of £20) from Frog by Adam Handling (2017); Cod, Tomato, Crab from Frog by Adam Handling (2017); Iberico Pork, Cauliflower, Kimchi from Frog Hoxton (2018); and Rhubarb, Jasmine, Hibiscus from Adam Handling Chelsea (2020).

The group has three main restaurants, each offering a different cooking style: the flagship one in Covent Garden where the food is more contemporary fine dining; Frog Hoxton, the funky kid of the family; and the relaxing luxury of the Chelsea outpost within the five-star Belmond Cadogan Hotel, where the greatest hits menu is on offer.

Given Handling’s fast-growing reputation as London’s most inventive young chef, this opportunity to sample the best of all the group’s dishes is not to be missed.
