Shrimp Shack introduces budget-friendly lunch and saver menus at Streatham and Camden branches

Shrimp Shack, a seafood restaurant with branches in Streatham and Camden, has introduced two new menus: a lunch menu and a Shack Savers Selection. The launch aims to offer more affordable options to customers as the cost of living continues to impact dining choices.

The Shack Savers Selection, priced at £19.95, allows diners to choose from five main dishes, each served with two sides and a sauce. The mains include Battered Fish & Shrimps, The Big Steak (a 12oz wagyu steak), Grilled Salmon with four prince shrimps, Surf & Turf (an 8oz wagyu steak with four prince shrimps), and Grilled Shrimp & Fried Calamari. Sides range from fries and rice to garden salad and mashed potatoes.

For those seeking a lunchtime option, the new lunch menu presents a selection of dishes at £10 each. Choices counts on the Shrimp Rich Po’ Boy – a brioche roll with shrimp, fries, and garlic dipping butter – the Double Cheese Smash Stack Burger, and the Hell Yeah Halloumi Bowl. The menu also features a Lovin’ Lobster Roll for an additional £5.

Shrimp Shack’s established offerings remain on the menu, including its seafood boils. Diners can select from three varieties: Shrimp Boil (prince and queen shrimps), Seafood Boil (prince shrimps, mussels, calamari, and snow crab cluster), and the Lux Lobster Boil (lobster tail, shrimps, mussels, and calamari). Each boil is served with sausages, corn on the cob, boiled egg, potatoes, rice, and chips, all coated in the restaurant’s signature boil sauce.

The menu continues to feature the Build-Your-Own Original Shrimp Shack, where customers customise their meal by selecting a protein, sauce, dip, and sides. Small bites such as crispy chicken wings, flaming firecracker chicken, loaded fries, and calamari are also available.

Beverage options comprise refillable soft drinks, freshly prepared smoothies, milkshakes, and mocktails. The restaurant also offers signature jugs designed for sharing.

Shrimp Shack was founded in December 2023 by Balal Aqil (also the founder of Creams), Rish Gola, and Raf Adam. After opening its first site in Streatham, the brand expanded to Camden in July 2024.
