Trafalgar Releasing has unveiled the eagerly anticipated global trailer for Rite Here Rite Now, marking the debut feature film of the Swedish theatrical rock sensation, Ghost. Set for a limited worldwide release in cinemas on 20th June and 22nd June 2024, with tickets now on sale, the film promises an unparalleled cinematic experience, blending live performances with a narrative storyline, continuing the band’s long-established Chapters series. Directed by Alex Ross Perry and Tobias Forge, the film features performances captured during Ghost’s sold-out shows at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, showcasing the band’s journey to Grammy-winning, chart-topping fame.

Rite Here Rite Now not only captures the electrifying essence of Ghost’s live performances but also intertwines a narrative plot, making it a unique offering to both long-time fans and newcomers. The soundtrack, an 18-song collection complementing the film, is set to release on 26th July via Loma Vista Recordings, available in digital, CD, and 2xLP formats. Pre-orders for the soundtrack are currently live, featuring the live version of Absolution.

The film stars the enigmatic band Ghost, alongside Maralyn Facey, Alan Ursillo, Ashley McBride and Kevin “Jesus” Kaufmann, and is produced by Kristen Mulderig, Rick Sales, Craig Butta and Jonas Åkerlund. Rite Here Rite Now is described as more than just a concert movie, offering a deep dive into the theatrical rock band’s universe, with live renditions of songs from all five of Ghost’s albums, including the RIAA platinum-certified Mary on a Cross.
