Lilienblum restaurant has introduced a new summer menu alongside the launch of an exclusive rosé terrace. The dynamic and convivial venture is in partnership with the esteemed Bolney Wine Estate from East Sussex, promising patrons a blend of eccentric and playful dishes paired with award-winning wines.

Known for its abundance and generosity, Lilienblum is led by the creative direction of chef Eyal Shani. With the summer season in full swing, the restaurant now invites guests to its newly opened garden courtyard, an ideal setting to indulge in Shani’s culinary creations. This outdoor space, described as a suntrap, offers an exclusive tasting experience of the Bolney English Vines rosé, adding a refreshing touch to the dining affair.

The summer menu retains beloved signatures like the Best Hummus Plate You’ll Ever Eat and Sabich 2.0, while introducing an array of new recipes. Highlights include Charred Spears of British Asparagus, Red Mullet with Chopped Salad, Calamari Handkerchiefs, and Welsh Roasted Lamb Loin. For dessert aficionados, options such as a Chocolate Mousse and Salted Butter Cookie, 35 layers of Pistachio Baklava, or a Very ‘Tart’ Rhubarb await to satisfy sweet cravings.

Not overlooking the practical needs of the city’s professionals, Lilienblum* also offers an Express menu for business lunches from Tuesday to Friday, comprising three courses and a gazoz for just £28 per person. Additionally, evening visitors can enjoy a selection of three snacks for £25, accompanied by the margarita of the day for £7, complete with complimentary dips and focaccia.

The rosé terrace doesn’t celebrate only the Bolney Estate’s new English Vines rosé as the protagonist of the experience, but also its Classic Cuvée and Pinot Noir, specially selected to complement the flavorful courses. The restaurant’s layout can suit various demands, from engaging counter seats near the kitchen for food enthusiasts to immersive and theatrical dining for larger groups, with private hire options available for special occasions.
