Sabine Rooftop Bar introduces Garden Party Afternoon Tea

Sabine Rooftop Bar, set against the stunning backdrop of the city’s skyline, has unveiled its latest offering, the Garden Party Afternoon Tea. Available from 12pm to 2pm every Friday to Sunday, the afternoon tea features a meticulously curated selection of both sweet and savoury treats, with the option of adding 90 minutes of bottomless drinks.

This garden party experience presents patrons with a picnic table served with bite sized delicacies such as Mini Lobster Rolls with poached lobster and sriracha spiked mayo, ricotta and mint on granary bread, and Poached Tarragon Chicken with mayonnaise on crisp bread, among the many. For those with a sweet tooth, the menu includes Chocolate and Hazelnut Delice with Dulce de leche and chocolate mousse, Pina Colada Panna Cotta with Ceviche of Fruits, and a fresh fruit tart. The traditional element of freshly baked scones with clotted cream and strawberry preserve ensures an authentic afternoon tea experience.

To enhance the festivities, Sabine proposes a bottomless drinks option. Guests can choose from Harlot Brut, Charmant of England sparkling wine for £45, or indulge in a Whitley Neill Gin ice tea, with raspberry, dora frossa rabarbaro liavevr, homemade hibiscus iced tea, topped with fever tree rhubarb and raspberry tonic for £39. A non-alcoholic version of the gin ice tea, Whitley Neill raspberry gin 0%, cloudy pressed apple juice, homemade hibiscus iced tea, topped with Fever Tree rhubarb and ginger tonic, is also available for £34.

Located at 10 Godliman St, London EC4V 5AJ, the bar aims to create an oasis of tranquillity amidst the urban hustle. With an outside terrace and a glass domed roof, the venue is easily accessible both in winter and summer. With the good weather, the outdoors seating offers unbeatable views of St Paul’s Cathedral, while enjoying seasonal menus.
