StudioCanal sets UK and Irish release date for We Live in Time, starring Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh

STUDIOCANAL has confirmed the UK and Irish cinema release date for the upcoming film We Live in Time as 1st January 2025, following its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in September 20245. Directed by John Crowley and starring Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh, the film is penned by Olivier Award-winning playwright and screenwriter Nick Payne.

The film, a deeply moving romance spanning several decades, explores the lives of Almut (played by Florence Pugh) and Tobias (played by Andrew Garfield) as they experience love, family and an unexpected truth that challenges their existence. The movie unfolds their story from a serendipitous meeting to building a family, all while navigating through a revelation that tests their bond.

We Live in Time is developed by STUDIOCANAL in collaboration with SunnyMarch, the production company co-founded by Benedict Cumberbatch, who serves as an executive producer on the film.
