Logitech and Scan confirmed as Insomnia 49 headline sponsors

Multiplay have confirmed that Insomnia 49, this year’s biggest gaming festival, is proud to have Logitech and Scan.co.uk as the headline sponsors.

Logitech will co-sponsor the gaming hall and, for the first time, will be bringing the Logitech Lounge to Insomnia. Here gamers can chill out and relax during the show, away from the games and buzz. Logitech branding will appear on all the show prints and feature on the main stage and live-streamed events.

“We are really happy to work with Multiplay on its biggest Insomnia event, especially now as we have just introduced our new gaming range, Logitech G,” said Magda Rosa, Channel Marketing Manager for the UK & Ireland, Logitech. “Insomnia events and i49 in particular offer some excellent opportunities to engage with our core target group, exposing our brand through unique direct-to-consumer activities.”

Scan will be bringing the largest exhibition stand to the show and will also receive prominent brand placement on the main stage and in live streams.

“Scan is really pleased to be working with Multiplay on yet another great Insomnia event. We’ve always enjoyed the show, and its ability to allow us to talk face-to-face with our customers, who will no doubt be blown away by the offers we have at this year’s biggest gaming festival,” said Steve Aspden, Business Development Manager at Scan.co.uk.

Insomnia 49 will feature the biggest e-sports tournaments in the UK, the amazing Minecraft Expo and the world’s first public demo of Starbound.

Spaces are still available to compete in the tournaments and up to 15,000 visitors are expected through the doors.
